CURRENT GUIDELINES FOR VISITING DHAMMAGIRI
If you have any cold or flu symtoms, please do not visit the monastery.
Daily 10.00 am.
On arrival, register your name and contact details, sterilise hands, proceed to the back deck and follow the signed instructions. Only six people at a time may lay out food on the buffet tables and proceed in  a one-way  direction through the kitchen and out through the hallway. If you need to use the kitchen, only four people are allowed in the kitchen at any one time. Sangha Dāna may now be offered to the monks in the Dhammahall. ​Masks are no longer required.
Daily 10:30 am.
After being invited by one of the visitors, the monks will come by the visitors lined up along the verandah. ​The monks will now receive rice in their bowls on the 'almsround'. Visitors should then enter the shrine room for Sangha Dāna, Sharing of Merits (only 20 persons plus 3 monks in shrine room). Visitors can then return to the back verandah buffet six at a time and take their meal, proceed in  a one-way direction through the kitchen and out through the hallway, and eat socially distanced. When cleaning up only six people allowed at the food tables and four people in the kitchen at any one time. The senior monk will then be available in the shrine room for a talk at 11:45am. (only 20 persons plus 3 monks in shrine room). ​
If planning to offer food Dana, note that the Dana time can change on some weekdays.
